Our History
Alpine Jewelers was officially opened in September of 1982 by Steve Cope at aged 22 in a 10 x 12 foot shop at the east end of town. In September of 1984 Steve moved Alpine Jewelers across the street to a new location. It was here that he met his wife-to-be Alison. They married in September of 1987.
Soon Alison was helping Steve out at the store, a commitment that eventually became fulltime. And the husband and wife team was born. In September of 1989 Steve and Alison moved Alpine Jewelers to the center of town, where it remains today.
